Storm Redux

Sooo, this is my first time drawing Storm since...wow, it's been at least a year if not more? And, yet again, I changed his character design. And you know what, I STILL don't like his outfit, gah. This one IS my favorite so far, out of the like 5 or so designs he has had done for him (including ones by Ranefea and Himeko!). I also changed his scar up on this one, whoops, but I like it. And, best of all...I FINALLY thought up a good reason for that sword, since I keep designing him with it, but he doesn't really use it

But yeah...I needed to get his design finalized for the upcoming storyline, yet it's still subject to change a bit. I probably won't have time to redo him, so he'll probably end up like this.

If you can't figure out who he's related to...I have nothing to say..XD
