Going to start getting things ready for Desert Tracer, so I can take it a bit slowly. With that said, I'm opening it up to ya'll to help me with submissions!
Desert Tracer is a fantasy story about Tural, a Tracer who's been living in the desert, ever since Tracers were cast to the waste side. A Guardian named Radulf comes seeking his help, looking to recreate the Guardian and Tracer relationships of the past. Though reluctant, Tural ends up helping Radulf, and heads back to Radulf's hometown to claim his monetary reward, though Radulf has other plans in mind...
Specs: The book is planned to be about 100 pages long. It will include the complete Desert Tracer story, a total of about 50 pages, as well as the original first chapter of Desert Tracer (as seen on
Pixiv ごめん、日本語でだけ), a 20 page story. Also included will be bonus extras, like a fanart gallery, character stats, a Q & A about the story hosted by Tural, and more!

Name: Tural
Age: 20
Type: Tracer
Weapon: 2 guns (& 2 guns connected by a chain)
Personality: Not a people person, at all. He's short tempered, and he feigns politeness, but it kills him to do so. He believes the world hates him, and thus acts accordingly.
Height: 5'7"
Other: Lives in the desert, right near a village that is hounded by youkai that still have survived in the desert. In exchange for protecting the village from these usually low-level youkai, he is given food. The village itself keeps him at arms length, ever since his mother passed away (he took over for her after she died). He really hates being teased...
Name: Radulf
Age: 25
Type: Guardian
Weapon: Broad Sword
Personality: Comes across as rather arrogant, and though his arrogance would be well deserved, more so, he just likes to see people squirm (like Tural). He is no fool when it comes to dealing with people, despite this, and he can talk his way out of almost anything (including an engagement!).
Height: 6'1"
Other: Grew up in a wealthy family, but has little ties to them now. He dreams of fixing the skewed relationship that has formed between Tracers and Guardians. Unlike the rest of the world, he believes that Tracers are still necessary to defeat the remaining youkai.
Name: Ishtar
Age: 22
Type: Guardian
Weapon: Double blades
Personality: She's a bold and bossy woman, used to having her way, as she was raised as a "little princess" in her wealthy household. She was engaged to Radulf, but unfortunately, due to a bet she made with him involving a Tracer (Tural), she is no longer. She hates anyone who gets in her way, namely Tural. She is a strong believer in the fact that only Guardians are needed to protect the world.

You can submit fanworks to me up until April 20th! They will be printed in black and white, so color or greyscale are both fine. If you would like to submit a photo, or written work, it IS allowed, but please keep sizes to a minimum.
If you want to submit a doujinshi, or longer fanfiction, please contact me directly and we'll discuss the limitations/restrictions. These will have priority over general fanworks.
