There was a tie for the 9th Zos Kias contest. This is the second part of it.
NinaFan17 asked for either Arkola, or Megumi, and I decided to try to do Arkola. I STILL can't find clothing I like for her! But her original design was just that bad. This is like her 4th outfit, lol. But, she's this super sugary vampire, who's partnered with the quiet, socially awkward Neoga (Nikita). I think gothic lolita technically fits her the best, but I already have Lillian like that, so I wanna do something different. I'll figure it out, one day XD Either way, she's still fun to draw~!
