Okay..so I penciled it in last night and sprayed it with hair spray...then, like the blonde I am....I laid the can of hair spary ontop of it >.> which left that nice ring of rust ;_; I tried to clear it out as much as I could on this version..but the orignal, there was nothing I could do about...but, I shipped it off today, so in a week or so my friend will have a nice..rust-cirlced..surprise ^^; yeah..this is a gift art XD

Phantom and Diana from MAR...I usualyl stray away from the chess because...well, I like them all but not as much as team MAR ^^; but, lately, I've done a little more work with them XD lol! I've drawn Diana before a couple times..and I started to notice something...as the manga progresses...so does the detailing in her clothing @_@ I keep using later and later on references and yeah...she started out rather simple and then added more O.o crazy, ne? ^^;

On the lineart...I think I made Phantom look to cutesy ^^;

Nothing wrong with w Cutsie Phantom .. I mean we don't get to see what's under his Mask until later ( or at least that's what I would assume =P) So he may be really evil .. but a Darkly cute Evil nonetheless.

Just got Vol 3 the other day and woa, just woa. Things are heating up. Though I am saddened that Ian gets a butt-whooping. He's soooo coool - even though he's a Chess piece. =p

Oh right, the piece itself. The detialing is great and you have a good grasp of pencil shading. Too bad about the rust ring though :-( Ya shoulda lied and said "It's just a nifty mood-enhancing effect!"

Keep up the great work :D

yeah~! it gets so good later! O.O Aw..but Ian gets to play large roles all the way into the end X3 so there's a lot mroe to come from him~! some sad, but it ends happy X3 I really got to like him throughout the series..XD

Well, pencil shading is the only thing I really have any kinda training in XD (well until skecthing with pen @_@ ) but Himecchi taught meh my pencil skills X3 she's really good at that~! X3 hee hee! LMAO! Well, I don't think she'll care..and if you guys do, it doesn't matter XP lmao X3

i use hairspray tos top pencil from smearing....XD It's odd, but it works and since I don't use hairspray for anything else..lol XD

well, MAR isn't that well known X3 but I love it! the manga just finished in Japan though ;_; have to wait a whiel for MAR Omega to start...
