Needed to get her design ready, since she comes in soon, lol. This is Umishin's mama XD She calls herself "Mizuno Umiko", but her name is actually Charlotte. She married Umishin's father, Mizuno Kai, a Japanese soldier stationed in England for a bit of time. She was a nurse at the time, but she fell sick, so then Mizuno ended up staying in the area and getting a job on the police force. Umishin was born and when he got old enough, he helped out, too. She was able to get the right treatment thanks to the money Umishin got from Zos Kias though, so she's fine. Umishin is the only character in Zos Kias who still has both parents and is attached to both still, lol.
