Dun ask about the title, cause I dunno @_@ But, it's Neoga, the angsty vampire who attacked Zos Kias in an earlier chapter, lol. He IS set to come back, too, hence why he got a name XD
Anyways, this is for ~AnimeRascal who won contest 7 that Zos Kias held. Hope you like it~! It was fun to draw him again! I went back to his older design, which is similar to the one that I used in ZK, but not quite exact. So, there are some minor changes, and actually, there are some minor changes from his original design, too. When I have time, I wanna draw him and Arkola...at least finalize their designs, lol.
