Cosplay Tutorial: Boot Cover

So, after having a convo with Reirei today, she asked me to do a tutorial for boot covers, so I did, lol. They really aren't that hard to do, but sometimes it's just seeing things laid out for you.

Anyways, this is how I make boot covers, and even boots for cosplays (i even did this with Impa's sandals, haha)
